Community Cycling Champions projects aim to bring cycling to communities that are known to have lower physical activity levels and are less likely to choose cycling as a lifestyle or transport choice.
Cycling development officers will work with volunteers to bring CTC’s knowledge and expertise to inspire, train and support 34,000 new cyclists in Leicester, North Yorkshire, Derby, East Hampshire, Bradford, Reading, Wolverhampton, Swindon, Sheffield, Manchester, Rochdale, Colchester and Sefton.
